In 2018 we saw Brock and Elia traveled to Brazil to create new and cultivate existing Direct Farm Relationships—as this is something that we as a company are passionate about! While they were there they had the opportunity to visit Fazenda Recreio in Sāo Paulo. They fell in love with the systems and procedures that Homero Texiera de Macedo and his family lived by to ensure their cup quality was the best in the region. From that point on we do our best to support what he and his family have been doing for generations, by contracting a couple containers of their highest scored crop to fit into the Brazil Mainstay Single Origin slot on our offering list.
We couldn’t be more excited to release it again to the world, as we know that their passion and hard work will present itself in each and every cup.
