We present to you an incredible boutique full of single origin, estate, micro lot and also world exclusive coffee only available from Badger & Dodo. We’re committed to sourcing outstanding coffees from fresh crops coupled with meticulous roasting, cupping and refining to bring out each coffees’ very best. Keeping only enough raw coffee stock to be classed as a fresh crop means that most coffees on this site are seasonal and will typically be listed here for just 3 to 6 months.
Every coffee is headed with Country : Estate / Region. The main body of information then contains the following order of information: locality, arabica bean varietal, processing method, altitude, recommend preparation method/s & cupping notes.

Full bodied & jammy ! Dark Chocolate, Caramel & Butterscotch. With higher notes of Cherry and Plum. Aftertaste like chocolate truffle.

A blend of two incredible, and very different, speciality Ethiopian coffees, each processed differently: one natural and one washed. Thinking intense red forest fruits with notes of dark chocolate. ROASTING BY SESSION AND RELEASED IN LIMITED LOTS:
The next roast for this coffee is on October 18th, and purchasing for this coffee can begin from Tuesday the 16th after 9.30am. We will keep this coffee online until 9am Thursday 25th, or until sold out. We have 120kgs of this coffee, we roast in 20kg lots, and we will repeat limited roast lots until all 6 batches are sold. This is batch number 2.
