  • Our couriers deliver more than 99% of our orders the day after they collect it from us.
  • On those rare occasions it may have mistakenly been sent to another part of the country, in which case it self corrects but takes a couple days to get back to you.
  • So kindly note that we cannot entertain any enquiries until 5 full business days have passed since you placed your order with us.
  • Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

  • Your account is then set up for any future purchases.

  • Select the person icon again, this will bring you to your account.
  • Select “Addresses” on the left hand toolbar.
  • Select “Edit” and make your updates and click “Save Address”.

We do not ship to the US, Australia or the UK. A billing address can be used for these locations but the shipping address must be within Europe.

Returns and Exchanges

If you believe that goods you purchased from us are faulty, damaged or not as described, then please contact us and explain your problem and we will do our best in customer service to make you happy.

If something breaks in transit then please take photos and notify us immediately and include photos of the package and the item that has broken so that we can address the situation swiftly and get a new package out to you ASAP.

We may replace it in whole or in part and please note that by nature of courier some boxes may be dented during transit.

We can then address the situation swiftly.

Where you exercise your right to cancel an order, we will give you a refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

Once an order is dispatched by us, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it, unopened, for a refund if you find it unsatisfactory for whatever reason.
