STANDARD ROASTING AND COURIER DAYS :
- Dispatch days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (with order cut-off time of 9.30am)
- Dispatch is the same day as cutoff, delivery normally the following day (NI & ROI)
- Orders made after cutoff times are sent the next roasting day; – NI & ROI: €4 Flat rate up to 2.5kg, €5.50 up to 30Kg
- FREE freight on all orders over €50; – We ONLY ship to the Island of Ireland.
- Courier rates will incur 23% VAT if you buy equipment with your order.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Our Policy in regards to missing or late deliveries (Online retail customers only)
Couriers run a tough game. Logistics in general is an industry under pressure. All couriers are much the same in this regard. Most of the time they deliver the next working day, but, sometimes orders get misdirected, a van crashes, a driver is off sick or at worst, your parcel is damaged or lost in transit. 99% of deliveries make it the next day.
LATE OR MISSING PROCEDURE
If 2-4 working days have passed since dispatch, (e.g. if we send it Tuesday, you should get it Wednesday, but it’s now Thursday or Friday) please get in touch with the us directly on 085 7062019 or firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will issue you with a tracking number which will allow you to track your order online– you can trace your order online.
If you have no luck with that and it is now 5 or more working days later (in our example here, it’s now Monday) Then please get in touch directly and we will take on your case. If the 8th day arrives and we have no resolution then we will replace the order or refund you if it is still undelivered.
RECEIVE AND SIGN
Strictly speaking: Please ensure someone is there to sign for delivery on the day you expect it to arrive, AND, that you can take a call from the courier as they may need directions. In reality: Couriers are in the practice of leaving the package with a work colleague, hiding it somewhere outside, in a meter box, or with a neighbor and leaving you a card to say so. Do however note that couriers are an independent company – If the courier cannot deliver the order and it is returned to us then courier charges will apply for the package to be resent. Standard delivery time is next day, however, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays.
SORRY, WE DON’T SEND INTERNATIONALLY
…. This means don’t try and sneak in an international address and hope that we won’t notice and you’ll get away with amazingly cheap postage. We will notice … and we might just keep yer money as an admin fee!
