NEW WHOLESALE PORTAL IS NOW OPEN

We are excited to announce that we are going live with our new Wholesale Ordering Platform powered by Pepperi! You can use Pepperi on your computer or by downloading the Pepperi app on your phone or tablet and order from there. 

Everyone is getting busier and finding time for simple tasks like reordering can be difficult. This is going to streamline everything, making it easier than ever to get your orders in. We have tailored every wholesale customer’s account to include your frequently ordered items in the “Favourites” tab, along with your chosen blend or single origin. Essentially you’ll be able to place your weekly orders with a few clicks.

WHAT IS SO GOOD ABOUT IT?

  1. Your order is definite. Currently we get orders via phone, voicemail, text, email, whatsapp, viber and all sorts of systems which have become very hard to manage and admittedly some orders have been missed. This goes straight to the roastery for production.  
  2. No more mistakes. Have you ever been sent the wrong order or product? This way there is no more confusion over what you order. What you order is what you get. 
  3. Visibility of our offerings. You get access to the full suite of products we offer, including everything we also offer online, at wholesale prices. As a guide, you should always sell higher than what we price online as the customer is there with you and they also have to pay courier charges with us. 

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

  1. Email Meena from the email that you want to set your account up to
    – Ensure the email you choose is 30 or less characters it will not work if it is more
    – If you are a multi-site business each location will need to have it’s own email address
  2. We will then send you an email with login credentials
  3. Login and start ordering

ROLL OUT TIMELINE

  1. ‚Äč Please get in touch to register voluntarily
  2. + 1 Week : We will send out email invites to those who have not registered with us  
  3. + 2 Weeks: Aaron and Jacob will be in touch with you if we haven’t heard from you
  4. + 3 weeks: we will not be staffed to take orders traditionally

Kindly note we are no longer able to take payment over the phone.
