Lillian’s Farm is a single estate run by Lilian Salil, in Kenya’s Uasin Gishu County. Lilian is unique in her farming, separating her coffee varieties and selling single varietal lots to highlight the unique character of each rather than the more common Kenyan approach of largely mixed lots.
