This is a beautiful natural processed coffee composed from El Indio supporting 175 coffee farms.

Since 2019 the co-op has provided technical assistance to farmers on natural processing and most of the growers they work with now process at least a portion of their coffee as naturals.

The Tolima region is one the most productive coffee  -growing regions and they have always been represented in the Cup of Excellence along with every single coffee competition run by the Colombian Coffee Federation. The coffees are put on raised beds or concrete patios where the quality team monitors this process in order to get even, dry and correct moisture of the bean – 11% moisture content is achieved.
