RETURN

If you believe that goods you purchased from us are faulty, damaged or not as described, then please contact us and explain your problem and we will do our best in customer service to make you happy. 

CANCELLATION

Where you exercise your right to cancel an order, we will give you a refund within 30 days of the cancellation. Once an order is dispatched by us, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it, unopened, for a refund if you find it unsatisfactory for whatever reason.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAWL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right to withdraw, simply go to “My Account” and the online withdrawal/cancellation button should be available or contact admin@badgeranddodo.ie before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Once your request has been submitted, we will confirm receipt without undue delay.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale. Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that they have been returned), using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that, in accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed food products (including coffee) that have been opened after delivery.
• Perishable goods.
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
• Other products exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law.
