Two coffees, one origin!

We’re bringing you two very different experiences from one origin with our dual coffee package.

Both of these coffees have gone through a process called “maceration”, essentially this process brings on fermentation of the whole coffee cherries leading to more pronounced flavours.

The NATURAL cupped at 86.5 points, has been macerated for 12 hours, cupping notes of whiskey, cola, cherries and can be used for espresso or prepared as filter!

The WASHED cupped at 87.5 points, has been macerated for 72 hours, cupping notes of pear, melon, grape and suitable for filter only!
