Our Decaffeinated Coffees

Coffee can be removed via several methods, the most common being washing processes using dichloromethane or ethyl acetate. Lesser known, and more expensive processes are by using CO2 or Swiss Water. We use Swiss water process as it it does not directly or indirectly add chemicals to extract the caffeine, it results in decaffeination without a massive loss of flavour, and is 99.9% caffeine free by mass, meeting the required standard.
